We supply and install commercial-grade exterior man doors and framed window systems designed specifically for PEMBs. All of our products are selected for strength, performance, and compliance with local building codes — while offering flexibility to meet your project’s functional and aesthetic needs.

Door Options We Provide

At Steel Craft Builders, we exclusively supply hollow metal, welded-frame man doors. These doors are engineered to deliver long-term durability and are specifically suited for the rigors of steel building use — from high-traffic shops to remote farm buildings.

Exterior Man Doors

Built for commercial durability, our exterior doors feature a heavy-duty 16-gauge metal leaf with a solid steel or composite core. They arrive fully pre-assembled in a welded steel frame, primed gray and prepped for your choice of hardware. Custom sizes, swing directions, and optional insulation packages are available to suit your needs. Steel Craft Builders does not supply knock-down (KD) or 3-piece hollow metal door frames.

We provide custom sizing, swing direction (left/right, in/out), and lites (small window inserts) based on your use and layout.

Door Hardware – Selected by You

All man door hardware is client-specified. Whether you’re looking for simple keyed levers or full panic bar egress systems, we supply the door prepped and ready for install.

Note: Local fire code or occupancy requirements may dictate the type of egress hardware required (e.g., panic bars on assembly or multi-occupant buildings). We’ll help ensure your door meets all applicable codes.

Types of Windows Available

Natural light and ventilation make a big difference in the usability and comfort of your metal building. Steel Craft Builders offers a variety of window solutions that can be framed into your walls during the design phase — all tailored to your desired function, budget, and climate zone.

Fixed (Non-Operable) Windows

Ideal for areas where ventilation is not required, fixed windows maximize natural light entry while maintaining a tight, weather-resistant seal. Because they do not open, they offer superior energy efficiency and security, making them an excellent choice for offices, showrooms, or high-wall installations where access is difficult.

Slider Windows

Horizontal slider windows are a versatile, practical option that provides excellent cross-ventilation and easy operation. Commonly used in offices, guard houses, or workshop areas, these units typically feature durable locking mechanisms and insect screens, offering a perfect balance of fresh air access and building security.

Louvered Windows or Vents

Designed for maximum airflow control, louvered windows and wall vents are essential for industrial applications like warehouses and manufacturing plants. They allow for continuous ventilation to help reduce heat buildup and regulate internal temperatures, all while keeping rain and debris out of the facility.

Ideal for ag or storage buildings

Often combined with ridge or gable vents for cross ventilation

Thermally Broken Windows

Engineered for superior energy efficiency, thermally broken windows feature an insulation barrier within the frame that stops the transfer of heat and cold. This design significantly reduces heating and cooling costs and prevents interior condensation, making them the premier choice for climate-controlled environments and finished office spaces.

Custom WIndow Framing

If your project requires specific aesthetics or non-standard sizes, we provide custom framing options to accommodate unique window configurations. This structural flexibility allows you to integrate large storefront glass, pass-through windows, or specific architectural accents tailored to your building’s exact design requirements.

Note: We can also frame windows into masonry or framed walls, if your building uses hybrid construction methods.
