President

With a strong background in real estate development, construction management, and pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), Seth McBride is a seasoned leader in the steel building and development industry. As President of Steel Craft Builders LLC, Seth brings a wealth of expertise in commercial and industrial construction, helping clients across various sectors—including general contractors, developers, investors, and business owners—build durable and cost-effective steel structures.

Before founding Steel Craft Builders, Seth served as President of Marion Development Group, where he has led commercial and industrial property acquisition, redevelopment, and full-service construction management since 2018. His extensive experience in off-market property development, renovation, and strategic marketing has given him a unique perspective on the intersection of real estate and steel building solutions.

Seth’s leadership at Steel Craft Builders focuses on innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every project is completed with precision, quality, and integrity. Under his direction, the company has established a strong presence in the southeastern United States while expanding its services nationwide.
